“You never lose. You either win or you learn.” These are the words that our dynamic and humble Founder and French teacher, Gautam Ganorkar, lives by. He has a limitless appetite for learning new skills, and definitely a limitless appetite for cuisines. Gautam was initially a freelance French & English translator, but he gradually fell in love with teaching others when he started “The Frenchy Boys” (now The Lingo Lads).He works with the utmost adherence to ensure that The Lingo Lads provides the best and most affordable language and skill-based classes to the masses. If you ever see an energetic lad with a wide smile and unmatched energy, be sure that’s him!
After acquiring the best certified French Degrees like DELF B2 and DFPB2 from Alliance Française and Special Diploma in Commercial French from Pune University, Arnav wanted to make productive use of his love for French. He is our strong-headed and passionate Founder, who fondly enjoyed his share of teaching when he started “The Frenchy Boys” which was later revamped as “The Lingo Lads.” Arnav is an amazing conversationalist who can endlessly talk about the 3Fs of his life: French, Football, and Food! He’s an avid reader, stock trader, and die-hard football enthusiast who visualizes The Lingo Lads as a top language learning platform that provides affordable yet quality language and skill training to one and all. He has the drive to take over the world, one language at a time!
Poonam is an extrovert at work and an introvert in her personal space. TLL manages to bring about that balance in her life! She has been the rock of TLL and envisions this institute to be one of the best language learning schools in the world. From insurance advice to eye-opening tarot readings, Poonam knows it all. She’s also someone who romanticizes poetry and has unrealistic Bollywood expectations. Apart from being a workaholic, Poonam loves to go for ice cream hopping and obsesses over fictional characters. Maybe she’s craving some cotton candy ice cream with Aman Mathur right now…who knows!
Back in 2021, Shireen joined The Lingo Lads as a Content Writer and a Marathi teacher. She is now a Co-Founder and teaches other languages and skills like English and Content Writing too. Shireen is a creative powerhouse and considers herself a lifelong learner. Though she’s enterprising and organized, she’s absolutely random when she talks about food, photography, music, memes, cricket, and Formula 1. With her flair for writing and love for all things creative, she wants to make The Lingo Lads one of the most successful language learning brands made in India! If you find someone at TLL who is always making puns and giving pop culture references, be assured that it’s Shireen!
Aastha had an interview with one of our founders for a college assignment, during which she decided she wants to be a part of The Lingo Lads, which she says is a testament to the environment here. Joining us first as an intern, becoming an Executive and then a Partner, she has done almost everything at TLL. Always sporting a wide smile, unlimited energy snd overflowing optimism, she is perpetually ready to do something new and challenging.
